Job Description:

  • Technical Marketing Executive has to interact with the clients by visiting the offices of Architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Interior Designers, Engineers and
  • Government departments (like PWD, CPWD, etc) to discuss techno / commercial issues and to get our products approved / specified in their projects.
  • The job responsibility also includes Market Mapping, scouting for projects and to keep abreast with project progress in their region.
  • The Technical Marketing Executive will be responsible for overall sales and related activities.

Salary details:

  • The CTC will be around Rs.2.5 to Rs.4.0 Lakhs per annum.
  • CTC breakup will be: Fixed salary + Benefits + Monthly open ended Incentives
  • Benefits include PF, ESI, Mediclaim, Leave encashment, Accident Insurance, Gratuity and Bonus.
  • Reimbursements for petrol for local conveyance and mobile phone will be at actuals, subject to an applicable limit.
  • Incentives will depend on the performance of the individual. It will be a substantial amount for a good performer.
Job Description
  • Understand the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement
  • Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking
  • Understanding candidates profile to evaluate role fitment (Screening & Short listing)
  • To take the telephonic round of the candidate to check the competency & eligibility of the candidate for the specific requirement
  • Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
  • Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
  • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with the candidates and Clients

Eligibility Criteria

  • Expertise on sourcing, screening and scheduling the interviews
  • Experience in IT/Non IT Recruitment is must
  • Hands on experience in social media site.
